Members may login by using the following:

Username is the first 5 letters of your last name plus the last 3 numbers of your membership number.
leave out all punctuation and spaces. If your last name is less than 5 letters, use your entire last name.
(example: Smithson 123456 is smith456, Cox 123456 is cox456, O'Rilley 567890 is orill890)

Password is you entire membership number.
